How to populate a column by comparing two columns with columns in another tab

    Hello,

I have Column A, B, & C in Sheet 1 and Column A, B & C in Sheet 2 as well. I am looking to populate Column C in sheet 1 with value from Column C of Sheet 2 after comparing Column A of Sheet 1 with Column A of Sheet 2 and when I find a match, I want match Column B from both Tabs based on column A result, and then when a match is found, get the corresponding Column C value from sheet 2 and populate Sheet 1 column C.

Please let me know if you need example xls.

    Thanks for the help.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include BEFORE/AFTER sheets if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Remember to desensitize the data.
