Staff holiday planner

Hi
I am trying to find a good template to record staff leave all in one place. To keep it simple I like the idea of individual staff sheets the formulate into a front sheet showing a calendar of staff leave in all one place.
Does anyone have any ideas on how I can make this happen?

Or perhaps a gnatt chart. See the attached file. The dates for holidays in A13:A14 are only as an example and are for the WORKDAY function in cells E3:E5. Your profile indicates that you have Excel 2003, so you will need the ATP installed.

Thank you for the help. All of the options look like they could work well for my situation. I might trial them all to see which on works best for recording the infomation I need.

Love excel but for holiday planning its much easier and more compliant and safer for data responsibilities etc. to use HR software. I've used many systems with a mix of design and usability (and they mostly export to excel for reporting ironically!0 but my favourite is link removed. check it out, our staff loved using it too.
