Try in B6 ang drag down and accross
=IFERROR(OFFSET(DATA!B3,MATCH($C$2,DATA!$A:$A,0)-1,),"")

Thanks for the formula. It workds perfectly. However, can I ask if you can help me with the spreadsheet below? It will be based on selected month and hotel. Attached spreadsheet for reference.

Also, is it possible to add each month, for example, if Selected for the month of March, it will add Jan+Feb+March data.
