Conditional Format

    Post Conditional Format

    In excel sheet first two data rows are document headers(both rows are merged). so my normal data stating form rows 3.
    I want to highlight duplicate values in column "A". If bellow text are duplicating that cells should ignore. any other values are repeating in column "A" that all the cells should highlight.. pls give me a formula for conditional format..thanks in advance..

    Range A5:A1000

    Formula

    =COUNTIF($A$1:$A$1000,A5)>1
