    How to take out blank cells

    This is the situation I find my self in I need to get info from a PDF and but it into a excel spreedsheet so I loaded the PDF to my google docs and that gave me the ability to copy the info, but when I paste it into the spreedsheet it skips every cell example below. Is there away to select the whole cell and eliminate the blank cell. Thanks

    How about..
    Select your range of data -- Apply auto filter -- select blanks -- delete entire row

    Sort by coloum "B" also works.
