Excel 2007 File Deleting Password

I am Using Excel 2007..I have protected my excel file with Password.After that i am making the copy means also its asking password..Thats good.But if i am deleting that file means also password should ask..Anyoption is there for this file deleting password?

I don't think you can stop the file from being deleted. The file is under control of the operating system. you could back up the file so it will not be lost

You should go for some third party softwares like FolderLock something. You can get more info by way of google search.
