    Simple Question: How do I format selected blank cells to display a 0?

    Would like to use formatting and no formulas

    Any help will be greatly appreciated!

    Hi,

    Alternatively, if you don't need this to be dynamic you could select the range, then press Control+G, and select 'Special' and the bottom-left of the dialogue box that opens. In the next dialogue box, select 'Blanks' then 'OK' - this will select all the blank cells in your range. Then simply type 0 and press Control+Enter: all the blank cells will be filled with zero's.
