Find and Replace All brings up Dialog Box

Hello. I'm in a sheet and I'm trying to find and replace a value that definitely exists, "Actuals" with "Actuals2". However, when I highlight the entire sheet and select find and replace all it brings up the open file dialog box. I'm not sure why and it's very frustrating me. If I just go into one cell and do a find and single replace it will work. Any ideas to why this might be?

    Thanks

Is "Actuals" a heading, a constant, part of a file name, part of a named range ...?

Is Actuals a worksheet and you are editing a formula to read Actuals2?
