Question Checkboxes keep printing, even though i've set them to not

I have inserted checkboxes in an excel worksheet to turn on/off certain data. They are working just fine. But I have set them all to not print (by unselecting the checkbox that says "print" in the format dialogue). SOME of the checkboxes don't print, but most of them do. I can't figure out why.

Is this a bug or does someone know how to fix it?

I've attached the file so you can take a look.

    Thanks,

    Hi arcanepsyche..

    Welcome to the forum.
Are you sayings this after checking print preview or after checking actual printout - hard copy ?

Both. On the print preview, they show as well as when the hard copy prints. The top 5 or 6 check boxes are hidden but the rest are visible AND printing.

    Thanks for your help!

    This is weird...

I tried some options but still not able to figure out whats wrong with your file.. may be you can try once in a new excel workbook to check if some issue is there with this particular file
