How to get table just clicking a list down button

Hi Friends,

I'm new to excel, I have attached a sample copy . I want to input data on daily basis, every time i need to go each table and update. My data is very large. Is there any way where if i select Feb month it should display the table of feb month where i can changes to data for feb month ? Kindly help me to creatw like that if i select march March table to should appear and i'm able to manipulate data also.
