Autopopulating calendar

I am trying to populate a monthly calendar based on location and dates multiple people type in.

For example, if someone typed in New York 3/10 - 3/12, then I need the master calendar to populate those 3 days with the location and person.

There are 8 people, so maybe make rows for each person on the master calendar then I won't need to pass over person's name?

Also would like to populate individual calendars as well. Calendar is only monday thru friday.

Anyone done this or have a way of going about this?

Also is it possible to have just a drop down list of of locations, date start, and date end and have those values populate the calendar? Seems like that would be easiest in terms of usability.
