Changing picture in Excel 2007 Heading Bar

Hello friends,
I am having a problem updating a jpg file in an existing Excel file which I created. There is a LOGO in the right hand side Header block which I can delete ( the words &(Picture) appear after the logo is deleted. For some reaon I cannot replace this LOGO with a newer version. The new LOGO appears in the body text area, bot it will not drag into the header. I must have missed something very basic!!

The attached jpeg shows the header bar of an excel document which I created. On the right hand side, the header bar had a black and white version of the coloured (yellow) primrose emblem in this space.
I am trying to replace the black and white logo with the coloured. However I cannot move the coloured logo off the main page. When I try to insert the coloured logo, it appears in the main body of the page.
I hope this explains what I am trying to do.

May be try using PNG type image which will stay on anywhere

Hi,
Converted to PNG in Photoshop, no joy, It seems as though the top RH corner block is locked. I have enclosed another jpg showing the old Logo in place.....Attachment 219345
This is really weird. I have tried, on a completely new Workbook, toinsert a picture in the Header with exactly the same result. I am using MSOffice 2007. Primrose Header 2.JPGPrimrose Header.JPG
It is obviously possible because I have done it ........but I am unsure how! DUH!
