Moved Row to Another Sheet on Conditional Format

Hi i have a car inventory which has 3 sheets

1. New Car Inventory | 2. Incoming Inventory | 3. Sold


I have a column in Incoming Inventory (SHEET Num# 2) titled Sold (SHEET Num#3) (Column U) which has cell fields IN and OUT.

What i want is if the cell in the Incoming Inventory (SHEET Num# 2) says IN then the whole row should move to New Car Inventory (SHEET Num#1)

and

if in New Car Inventory (SHEET Num#1) the cell value is changed to OUT then it should move out in Sold (SHEET Num#3)

PS. Sheets have names i.e. Numbers 1,2,3 are giving just to make it easy to understand.
