Excel 2007 Automatically adjust row height for wrapped text

I'm pretty fluent in Excel but cannot figure out how to get cells with text in them (already set to wrap text) to automatically adjust the row height to fit. What's the secret?

The secret is to not merge cells. It isn't 100% effective, but that's usually the reason it doesn't automatically adjust, at least in my experience.
