Question Synchronize or Link Two Complete Worksheets

I have 2 worksheets that I would like to 'simply' link to each other so that when data is entered on the source worksheet, the other worksheet in a separate workbook is updated automatically with the info. The columns are the same in each worksheet. I want them to be mirror images of each other that update when any changes are made or rows are added.

I have tried using the "=" the workbook and sheet name, but that formula also need to reference the cells. This doesn't work...I've tried referencing a range of A1:Q5000, but just get an error message.

Is there any way to do this? And thanks for any help!!!

Select both worksheets (Ctrl+click the tab of the second) and type away.
