CONDITIONAL FORMAT: duplicate value in two colors

Hey guys i need your help on highlighting the duplicate value in two colors.

sample:

aa
aa
aa
aa
bb
bb
cc
cc
cc
ff
ff
gg
gg
gg

If you don't mind adding a helper column, then (assuming your data starts in A3) put the following in B3 and copy down:

Then have two conditional formats, one with red font using the following formula:

andthe other in yellow font with the following formula:

Anything without a duplicate will have the default font color.
