Red face Formatting Budget from Master Worksheet using Table

I have a Master Worksheet that I am using to populate other worksheets using the Table function. I would like to keep the format the same as the Master worksheet even if lines get added or deleted. I have seen that others group the sheets together when making the changes but I can not really us that options. I will be giving the Budget to someone else to fill out and they will not know how to do that. Any suggestions.

By giving the workbook to others, you are using it as a data collection document. As such, there is no need for them to delete anything. I would protect the sheet (remembering to unlock the cells (columns?) where they should be allowed to enter data). When you receive the completed document from them, transfer their data to your copy of the document.

Because of the possibilty of others playing around with the structure I would not use their the file received back from them, but use that to populate my copy.

    Notes
1 To easily identify where they have added lines I would have a column (A) that has sequiential numbers. This column will be hidden from them and so a cell will be blank for any added lines.
2 To move the data to your sheet (that updates the Master) I would either use vlookup or copy and paste. Added lines will be handled by exception.

    Hope this helps
