    Need to Look-up all Contacts at a Company and Build a List of Their Contact information

    I need to build a table of all contacts and their information at a certain company. Every company will have a different number of contacts. It would be ideal to expand the table rows as needed. I have attached a much shorter list of dummy data and preferred output. Thanks.

    Hi

    You can do this very easily by just using filters. Highlight the entire table - including headings - select "filter & Sort" on the home tab, then use the drop-down to select 1 of the shows
    1. Use code tags for VBA. [code] Your Code [/code] (or use the # button)
    2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
    3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

    Hello, you can just filter in column C, when you want the data of Price is right, then filter out other unwanted data. Filter one by one with different criteria.

    Thank you, but I do not want to use filters. The data is in a downloaded report and I need the data to fill tables on other tabs. I was hoping to automatically pull the information
    into my formatted tabs. I have the rest of my report automated except this piece. It is a rrecurring task for hundreds of contacts. Any other ideas.

    In this case, I suggest you use another free Excel helper to achieve this. It's similar to Excel but has ability for complex computing. Use esCalc to open the original data and then group by company, then you'll get the result, showing as this picture: report.png
