How to automatically include table headers while saving a part of the table as prn file?

Hi,

I have a table, several rows of which I'd like to save as prn file. However, I'd like the header row (row 3) to be also included in the text file. How do I do this?
I enclose the table in question (Sheet 1, I'd like to copy the B142:L147 range). Thanks a lot.

One way is:

Save a copy
hide rows 4:141
Make your prn file
