Create hyperlink within sheet to skip to a cell in freeze panes

Hi, please refer to attachment.

Freeze panes is switched for columns A to B and row 1,2 and 3.

Column C, row 1, contains the staff's initial header e.g. staff 'AZ', his database details are shown from column C to AC and staff 'AK' has his details in column AE to BE.

There will be a total of 8 staff member details and I'd like the option to skip to that user's section without having to scroll. Can I add a drop down menu in cell B1 and if the user is selected, it'll skip to that hyperlink shown in the third column?

At the moment, I have the links in Summary, therefore if you click on 'AK' (AZ works fine) it'll skip to that cell but it shows the first record to the right of the sheet rather than the left. Can you show me how I can get the record in the third column in freeze pane mode?
