Update Link notification whenever opens - Can't find where the link is - file attached

My workbook keeps getting the update link notification - I searched through the book for "["
I emptied the named ranges - then I started deleting tabs. The only thing that makes the link go away is deleting this last tab. The link is not in the sheet - I selected the Sheet and Cleared Contents. The link is not in VBA - I deleted all macros. The link is not in named ranges - I deleted all named ranges...
    Any ideas?

    Thanks

What happens when you break the links? Does Excel crash? Does it relaunch and reopen the file? I did that with your file and the link is gone. Make sure you save a copy of the workbook and close all other workbooks and programs before you try this. I have another trick I have used but it's much more complicated and doesn't always work.

I looked at the XML data in the file it show a bunch of links to the other workbook in the named ranges and other places but I don't see any of them in the file. You may want to try saving the original file as an xls Excel 97 -2003 file and find a machine to open it and re save it and then try it again in 2010. The round trip with sometime correct some issues. The other trick involves converting the file and deleting parts of it which I would not recommend trying unless you understand what you're doing. Good Luck.
