File reference containing variable - is it possible?

Hello,

I have a large database that I need organized and centralized. The database contains sheets named "#year_#month" with identical structure but different data.

Obviously the sheet that will centralize all the data will have large formulas containing a lot of file references. Currently I have to modify by hand the month or year inside the formulas.
I wonder if there is a way I can inset a variable inside the file reference sheet name so that it modifies the referenced sheet automatically after a pattern.. or an alternative solution?

you can use the indirect function or simply use find & replace (I prefer the latter as indirect will slow the workbook down)
