Daily / weekly / monthly/yearly sales data

I have this daily sales tracker and I need to do a
1.weekly/monthly/yearly sales report
2. monthly report per category
3. monthly report per category/size/color

i'm still a beginner in doing pivot tables. i hope you can help.

WHEREAS:
A: INVOICE NO
B: INVOICE DATE
C: PRODUCT CATEGORY
D: TOTAL VALUE
E: STONE WEIGHT
F: METAL COLOR
G: CUT
H: STATUS (NET SALE/RETURN)
I: STONE COLOR
J: CLARITY
K: STYLE NO.

2> other report style your request is normal for povit-report , try to learn it , you will love it ,when data add , just you need to refresh only
