Simple duplicate copy/paste compare formula question

I have two spreadsheets (or tabs in a spreadsheet rather). One of them is a newer version that comes periodically. There is a column in both that has a unique identifier (though there are often duplicates in the new one). I need to figure out a way to have a formula compare the two columns in the old and new spreadsheets, and then any that are on both reports ignore make a list on a seperate tab, then any that are only on the new list to make a list on the seperate tab (copying the entire row would be prefferable though not necessary).

I was thinking of doing a vlookup of a vlookup of a vlookup or something to get this, but I am not sure that would work, of if there is a better way.

    Thanks!

No, this one should be much simpler to figure out. The other one is massive and has no fields/cells that match.

This one has matching uniqueID's that simply need to be compared, rows w/ a uniqueID in the new spreadsheet that comes in often simply need to be listed in a seperate tab so that I know which ones are new and to process them.

It should be a simple compare and copy function, but my knowledge in excel formulas is sadly limited, and i cant find anything quite like this when i search

Question Re: Simple duplicate copy/paste compare formula question

I made a fake excel spreadsheet that is basically and very tiny version of the one I am trying to do, I also manually made the 3rd tab, which is what I hoping to make a formula to do automatically.

    Thanks!
