Analyse and make pattern from csv file

I need to perform data mining from a CSV file,and use correlation function to analyse and generate a pattern from the provide data (CSV) for a particular set of error for a given time sample.
I would kindle request you to help me in the issue as I'm doing my graduation internship.
Please find the CSV file which contains the data which needs to be analysed and generate a pattern.
