    Conditional Formatting for appointment scheduling.

I am using the formula = AND(H$1>=INDEX($D$15:$D$22,Match($G3,$F$15:F$22,0))),H$2<=Index($E$15:$E$22,Match($G3,$F$15))) to highlight a block of times based on a specific unit number and appointment time. I can get the first block of time to highlight in color, however I can not get the second block of time, for the same unit to highlight. For example,

Unit 1: 08:00 to 12:00 (will highlight in color) PINK

Unit 1: 15:00 to 18:00 (this time block will not format to color the cells). YELLOW

I have attached an example for better understanding.
