Is it possible to shade (fill) rows of data alternatively based on date column?

I've got an excel table that will eventually grow very large. What I was wondering is if it's possible to alternate the row shading based on the varying dates associated with each row. In the file that I have attached as an example, this date data exists within column f. If you download this file to reference, you will notice that I'm using an excel data table, and not just data in cells formatted to look like a table. I would like to maintain this format because I may need to query this table later on in other workbooks.

If I have not given enough information to help solve my problem, please don't hesitate to ask me any questions.

I appreciate any and all input on this in advance.

    Thank You

Edit Post: I just realized that I should clarify that these alternated shaded rows of data based on dates will vary. As you might notice, some rows have 2 dates the same, some have 3, and some have 4. Is it possible, to have the the 2 rows be shaded one way, and then 3 rows be shaded another, and then the 4 rows be shaded the same as the 2? Etc, etc.

    Hi

Conditional Formatting is what you want.

The question is how to implement it for you.

Each row has one date. So I assume you are talking about Identical Dates in a sequence of rows, which will be impossible without using a helper column.

I feel like a dummy. I figured it out using a formula to determine which cells to format with conditional formatting. Thank you for the flick of my ear mehmetcik.

Here was what I did for anybody that may want to do this in the future.

First, I changed my table style to a preset format that made all rows the same color. In this case, white.

Second, I created a new conditional formatting rule from scratch using the "Use formula to determine which cells to format" option. I wrote this

to put in the formula area.

Lastly, I chose what colors I would like for the shaded rows to be. Voila'. Case closed.

I've attached my final product for assistance in showing somebody else.
