    Have to transpose twice

I have a vba array that I want to place in a spreadsheet range. This is the only way I could get it to work:

When I eliminate the first transpose, it places the first value in all 17 columns.
When I eliminate the second transpose aka Range("A4:A20") = arr, it places the first value in all 17 columns also.
When I eliminate the both transpose functions it doesn't place any values in the range.

My question is WHY? Why do I have to put two transpose functions to get what I want? Is there a better way to do this? I don't understand this at all. I am new to VBA and would think that two transposes would be the same as none. Can somebody please explain this to me. Thanks

This almost seems like this thread that you started and didn't bother to respond to, with two answers given.

I tried all the methods on that thread and nothing worked (half of which had already been tried as stated in the post). I thought reposting would give me the best chance of more people seeing it.

Nope, you thought wrong. You are violating supposed rules here with crossposting. Plus, you not responding to threads will start to diminish people from helping you. Me for example, since you couldn't bother to let that thread know that "Nothing worked", why would I help.

    -Good luck.

For some reason that just doesn't put anything in the range. All the cells are placed in as blank

Alright well I guess I have a problem before this then. i will look into it. It's just weird that I can get it to work with the double transpose though. Thanks for the help. I appreciate the time.
