Select an option from a option group and add the selection to the record table

Hello EF,

I have created a excel form where i have 3 Option Group frame and each other them has 2-3 radio buttons in it. When the user will select the choice they want, i want that selected choice to appear in the record spreadsheet. So i have a Form Spreadsheet and a record Spreadsheet in the same Workbook. Form is where user is answering all the questions and its being saved in the Record Spreadsheet.

So lets say, In the optionGroup1 i have 3 choice. If i select the option 1, it should capture that option and go to record spreadsheet and add it under the desirable column. I have done Vba in access and in this situation i used If Else statements. What do i do in this case? How do i write the code? I managed to record all other text box's answers in to the record spreadsheet.
