How to copy cell formatting and forumulas to cells when number is entered in other cell

Basically what I am trying to make is a excel spreadsheet for teachers to enter student data into.

I have already figured out the formulas to calculate student scores and such, but cannot figure out how to copy the data formatting and forumulas to other rows.

For example, when data is entered into G4, I want all the formulas and formatting from columns C, D, & E to to appear in columns I, J & F.

I cant figure out how to make this happen infinity so that the same scenario can happen forever horizontally depending on how many "Sets" the teacher wants to enter

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!

haha i dont literally mean infinitly, but just so that if they wanted to have say 100 sets, you wouldnt need to manually copy everything 100 times to the columns
