Address split problem

I have problems in splitting the address. I have over more than 80k address. All these have to be split in standard indian format.

Perhaps you could share some of your 80k addresses (say 3 or 4) and then show the rest of us how you would like them "split in standard indian format"? We like a challenge, but need to know the starting point and rules!
