    dosn`t save properly

    [SOLVED]Hello everyone! Could you help me with my excel file? looks everything is working,calculating and saving the history,but when i`m presing save my list is calculating the names again and dosn`t save the previous list in job history. could you help me to prevent this problem? calculation options-manual,whet it`s on automaticly works fine,but happening the same problem when i`m changing some data in it. Thanks for your help!

    hi and welcome to the forum

    just for future reference, please give your thread a name that is more descriptive of what you are trying to do. The 1 you are using here just barely makes it....look at it this way, if you typed that into google, what you would expect to get back?

    Looking at your file, everything is being driven from the RAND() function on sheet2. when you use a RAND() function, it will change EVERY time you do anything in the file - like entering data, deleting,pasting, undoing, and when you open the file, it will calc again

    2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
    3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

    i`m not so close with macros. i made all this from reading books a lot and small help from side.it took me to make this about month :D so what should i do with this code?

    Hi Eddy S,

    I'm sorry that I omitted these instructions:

    Directions for running the routine(s) just supplied

    Copy the code to the clipboard

    Open your Workbook

    Save your Workbook or Another Workbook designated for Macros as Macro_Enabled

    Press ALT + F11 to open the Visual Basic Editor.

    Select "ThisWorkbook" from the Insert menu

    Type "Option Explicit" then paste the code under it and you're up and running
