SORRY - MISREAD YOUR POST, BELOW INFO PROB NOT OF USE!!!

    Hi there,

Beginning with the cell where you formula is, select the range you want to copy the formulas into. Now, click in the formula bar to activate editing (enter the formula now if you haven't done so already), then press Control + Return. Excel should copy the formula, but leave formatting untouched.

    HTH,

    Hello,

What you can do is ... insert as many rows as you like, then when you want to format them like a row which you already formatted, you can just select the row (like, from A4 to E4), select "copy" (Ctrl-C works fine), then select all the new rows, right click and choose "Paste Special..." (You can also find this under Edit), choose "Format" then "OK". All of your new rows should have the same format with whatever row you copied.

About the total in the end of the table, you will just have to put this formula to whichever cell at the end of the table

Assuming the first row with data is E3, and the final row with data is E6. Don't worry about it, if you insert a random number or row between 3 and 6, the formula will adjust itself.

    Hope this help.
