Populating a List and Removing Used Items from Validation - With Exceptions

    Hi folks!

    I'm doing something like this:
    http://www.excelforum.com/excel-gene...down-menu.html

Which works perfectly, except I have a few items in my original list that I would like to retain as options, even if they've been used before. So if you download the second spreadsheet example from that link, then in my list, I would like to make sure that the user can always have the option of B even if B has been chosen.

I've tried playing around with the formula, but so far I haven't had any luck. So I thought I'd come here for some coaching.

    Thanks!

I wound up using this solution:
    http://www.excelforum.com/excel-gene...down-menu.html

And all I did was replace the IF statement in the helper for the corresponding cells with simple = statements, so that regardless of whether it'd been used before, it always showed up in the Helper.
