    Time format won't change?

Hi guys I have a column with times in it, it seems to be formatted to HH:MM I would like to change this to HH:MM:SS but it will not seem to change at all by formatting the cells, does this mean I will need to go through each individual time and change it to the new format or is there some sort of work around?

Seems to be Text Numbers, can you please attach a sample workbook or screenshot for better understanding

    Drag it down...

Copy the formula cells and paste it as values and format the range as hh:mm:ss

Thank you very much that helps, one thng though the first cell always seems to change to #VALUE rather than time but the rest change to what they should be.

You may be having some text data instead of number value

    Hi,

I am having a similar issue. I would like to change the time format to h:mm AM/PM so I can calculate the difference between the start time and end time.
