need help with data summary based on a daily basis

hi, could anyone help me based on my excel spreadsheet. the data sheet is what i key in every time, and the calculation sheet is where i would like to summarize things up on a daily date basis. is there a more efficient way on going about this together with more added features such as performance based on sales?.

the whole excel file is based on staff performance based on sales.
