Copying Data from Worksheet of 1 Workbook to a worksheet in another workbook

Please could someone help me as the above subject is above my knowledge of excel but any help or advice would be great in order to solve this matter.

I need to copy data from a table on the AMP 1 - Site Tick Sheet into the PWP 1 - PWP Scope Survey - so the quantities match up per cell, so for example in 1.01 new kitchen would read qty 1 this 1 is copied to 1.01 in PWP 1 file.

Any help would be greatly appreciated and dig me out of a big hole, please bear with me though.

Sorry about my post previously - I would like to copy a number of cells data from 1 book to another.

In my example attached in y previous post. On the AWP 1 xls file - I would like to copy the cells information for example in this case the value in Worksheet:Site Tick Sheet - Table 1 > cell I38 to PWP 1 xls file - Worksheet:PWP Scope Survey - Table 1 Cell I15.

I would like this done for each cell that is revelant between the two sheets so the Survey Reference for example goes the same sheet in the AWP 1 file to the PWP 1 file and so on...

Does this help make more sense?
