Urgent!! Profit loss spreadsheet help

I'm pretty sure this isn't the correct thread to post this on but I have a bit of quandary

I've done a cell format so that text appear red or green depending on + or - but I now need one that will turn red if outcome is under 100 and green if over 100

My spreadsheet is on profit and loss and I need it for the percentages basically

or you can add another criteria on the same cells using the conditional formatting..!

One final thing can it be done to no decimal places?

Toyed with the formula and I've sorted it.

Now just the presentation to stress about

But it will round if number entered with a decimal
