Date format problem

Hello guys, pls help me on this.TY.

I'm using excel 2010...

I've done some forms to key-in data into cell to another sheet and I'm dealing with a lots of dates.
The problem is the dates won't change into format that I'm using.

I changed all cells and sheets format to dd/mm/yyyy, but some works fine and some not (its changed to mm/dd/yyyy).

so thats trouble me a lot when i need to go through one by one checking for the dates.
