Lookup words from list

hi excelers,
I'm working on a function which needs to list words from one array to another array example see attachment:

find words:
boy
dog
cat

list:
bird
boy < listed in array
girl
dog < listed in array
mouse

Result:
boy
dog
<none

thanks for any help in this matter hope its a easy one...

Not a very clean solution, but I couldn't come up a better option.

It will give you an idea of showing the result.

V, thanks but that lookup is 'kind for small'... I need the lists placed apart.
