Prevent Relocation of Embedded Object

Hello,

I have a protected sheet with an embedded word document that I wish to be able to edit but I do not want it to move from its relative cell position. Clarification, it's O.K. if the object moves as I scroll through the sheet I just don't want it to move from the cell boundaries from where it is currently located. Any idea how to lock it in place or anchor it to a cell or range and prevent movement?
