Auto deleting cells

Is there a way to delete a cell when entering new data in another cell? I want to enter data in M1 while deleting data in D1 without having to make 2 operations.

Perhaps ask a mod to move it to the VBA forum. You'll have a better chance to get an answer ( not my cup of tea I'm afraid)
