Question Matching and moving columns based on day number

I am posting this in this forum as I am unsure whether a function or macro is needed for my problem. If you could help me with the problem or direct me to where it would be better posted, I would really appreciate it.

I have daily observations which are daily, and model predictions which will have two values if there was rainfall on that day.

I have been manually moving all observations to match the date with the first of the two values. I have been doing this based on day numbers. If you look below you can see my dilemma (Although between 6962 and 6962 (and all other number matches) there are 20 or so columns of data which need to be moved along with the day number and date on the left).

The upper half I have moved manually, but the simulation extends over a hundred years and I do not have days and days to move tens of thousands of cells with copy paste. Does anyone know how I can automate this process?

Sorry it took me so long to reply, I had to change how I saved the files to keep them under the file attachment limit, I hope these help also What information may be lacking from that is Day#0 is 1889 – but excel doesn’t like pre-1900 dates, so day 4018 is 01/01/1900 and 4019 is 02/01/1900 and so on and so forth
