    Manipulating Survey Results

Hello all! I made a mistake generating a survey and I have too many responses to go back now and rewrite it. I have a cell that is coming back with three values separated by comma's. The poll question was "Which of these three are your favorite colors (Check three): Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, Purple, Gray, Black Sand, Orange, Brown".

My cell's are returning looking like this...

    brown, yellow, green
    black, yellow, red
    red, black, blue

I need to be able to some how separate these elements out into three responses so I can show which three are the most popular. Any advice?

    Thanks!

You could use Data | Text-to-columns to separate them using the comma as delimiter. Ensure that there are two blank columns to the right.

    Hope this helps.
