Protected cells still can input data

The question is in the picture, why I can type information into the protected cells?[U][/U]
And I also uploaded the excel file here.
The password is "1111".

The cells are not "locked", if you right click on a cell, click format and then go to protection, there is a checkbox for whether the cell is locked or not.

You can still change cells that are not locked once the sheet is protected.

Go through the Below steps

Select all the document
then go to cell properties>protection> uncheck the Lock Cell.
click ok
then select the cells you want to lock
go the cell properties>protection>Check the Lock cell.

then protect the sheet.

The basic is to lock the cells if we want to protect them, even when they are not in the "allow to modify zone".
