    One to multiple coluns

    Hi there.

I currently have a document which is set up as follows: two columns, one with many names of wines sorted alphabetically, and another directly next to it with the years of each each wine I have tasted. So for example, in one cell there might be "Altano Grande Reserva" and in the other one there might be the year "2009". In the row below it might be the same wine so "Altano Grande Reserva" and then "2010" or a different wine "Alto Adige" and then the year "2009" next to it. My question is this: how could I keep the alphabetical wine name column, but then take out those years from one column and put them as the titles of say 10 columns (i.e. 2000, 2001, 2002 etc) and have it marked (by a tick or cross or yes or no) whether that particular wine has or has not been tasted for the year it is in line with? By this I obviously mean without individually copying and pasting all the information into an essentially new document! Thanks so much for anyone's help in advance :-)
