Staff Assessment

Am trying to create a sheet that will help staff assess othe colleagues. If am John the drop down menu shouldn't show my name. Secondly, whenever any name is selected, the Id. column (in yellow) should return the corresponding person's (in blue) id selected. Thank you.

there are several possibilities of getting the windows username which then can be compared with the list to remove it, see here: example.xlsm

See columns G:K and find the username that represents the user, in the corresponding column heading you'll find the way it has been generated

When you open the workbook click "Enable Content" at the top, then there is code in the file which will fill H3:K4 automatically.
Then tell me in which column the proper name is displayed which we will use to compare with the drop down list to hide yourself
