    Insert Row - Formatting

When inserting a row is there a way to deactivate the popup that asks "Format same as above", etc., along with the little brush icon? I have looked in Excel > Preferences but cannot find it there.

    Thanks,
    Art

    Re: Insert Row - Formatting

    Hi Art,

Google to the rescue, see below.

    Turning off Insert Options
To do this, follow these steps, as appropriate for the version of Excel that you are running.
Microsoft Excel 2010 or Excel 2013
1.Click the File tab, and then click Excel Options.
    2.Click the Advanced tab.
3.Click to clear the Show Insert Options buttons check box in the Cut, copy, and paste section, and then click OK.
