Order of cells tabbed to

I have a spreadsheet form with 8 columns and 10 rows. When I protect the form I want to tab from cell to cell in this order:
A1, B1, C1, D1, A2, B2, C2, D2, A3, B3, C3, D3 ........F1, G1, H1, I1, F2, G2, H2, I2, F3......
How do I do this?
