Excel formatting changes on network computers

    Hi everyone,

I have multiple excel files that are shared over a network. My problem is that the file formating seems to be changing each time a different computer opens the file to print it. This is a NIGHTMARE for me because people are contacting me to fix the file, but when open the file on my computer everything is still fine -- the formating has to be changed on the specific computer that is experiencing the issue (which are all located in different buildings).

Is there any way to "lock" the formatting so that it doesn't change from computer to computer? The most common problems we are experiencing are:

    1. A double sided form reverting back to printing single sided
    2. Margin sizes changing -- causing the form to print on multiple pages
    3. Row height changing -- causing the form to print on multiple pages

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks!

    Hi
The problem you are having is because a number of your users have different settings in their Excel Templates. Have a look at the following link which should help you:

    Good luck.
